Anxiety at night is one of the irritating things that a human came across. It is very distressing and frustrating as well. There are a few steps that can be used for overcoming the Anxiety at night, these are as follows:

  • Open your eyes, do not close them while night anxiety
  • Looking above can be very helpful but make sure that you do not move your head only eyes are raised
  • Breathe slowly (Breath in and take the air in for 5 seconds then release)
  • Try to calm yourself
  • Try to console yourself that you are safe and relaxing in your warm and cozy bed
  • Relax your mind and eyes

Night anxiety is very common and increases with the time if not cured properly. So it is better to do some distracting or light activity before going to bed. Anxiety not only attacks in the night. It could happen at any time without any clear reason. Proper treatment for the anxiety is very important as it can effects health and relations also.
